statement of faith
GOD
Our God is one but eternally existing in three persons Father, Son, and Holy Spirit being co-equal. (Phil. 2:6) God the Father is greater than all; the sender of the Word (Logos) and the Begetter. (John 14:28; 16:28; 1:14) The Son is the Word made flesh, the one Begotten, and has existed with the Father from the beginning. (John 1:1,14 & 18) Holy Spirit proceeds forth from both the Father and the Son and is eternal. (John 15:26)
BIBLE
The Bible is the inspired Word of God--the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. (2 Tim. 3:16; I Thess. 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)
JESUS CHRIST
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, of His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, of His bodily resurrection and ascension to the Father’s right hand. We do not believe that He is a way to the Father, but rather The Only Way we can receive righteousness, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification. (1 Cor. 1:30-31)
SALVATION
We believe that all who receive Jesus as Saviour and Lord, in repentance and faith, are born-again. (John 3:3-5; Acts 20:20-21;Rom. 10:9-13)
WATER BAPTISM
We believe that water baptism is by immersion and is an ordinance of the New Testament Church, and is to be observed by born-again believers only. This ordinance is a symbol of the Christian's identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection. (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; Col. 2:12; Acts 8:36-39)
BAPTISM IN THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation, and is received subsequent to the New Birth.
(Matt. 3:11; John 14:16,17; Acts 1:8, 2:4, 2:38, 39 & 19:1-7)
DIVINE HEALING
Divine healing is for the physical ills of the human body and is wrought by the power of God through the prayer of faith and anointing oil, by the laying on of hands, through believing and acting on the Word of God, through the gifts of the spirit, through the healing anointing, and through anointed cloths.
(Isa. 53:4,5; Matt. 8:17; Mark 11:23, 16:18; Acts 10:38, 19:11-12; Rom. 10:17; 1 Cor. 12:7-11; Heb. 11:1; James 5:14-15; 1 Peter 2:24)
RESURRECTION OF THE JUST & RETURN OF OUR LORD
We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust—one to everlasting life and one to everlasting damnation (Matt. 25:46) and the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth as King of kings and Lord of lords. (Acts 1:11; 1 Thess. 4:16-17)
SECOND COMING
We believe it is a literal, physical second return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

HELL AND ETERNAL RETRIBUTION
The one who physically dies in his sins without accepting Christ is hopelessly and eternally lost in the Lake of Fire and, therefore, has no further opportunity of hearing the Gospel or repenting. (Heb. 9:27; Rev. 19:20)
